NVS Non-Teaching Post Recruitment and Syllabus 2024: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), an independent body under the Ministry of Education, has announced its intention to recruit non-teaching staff directly for its headquarters, regional offices, NLIs, and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs).
This was communicated through a notification dated March 16, 2024, and this news was published in various newspapers. The detailed notification has already been posted on its official website, www.navodaya.gov.in. Consequently, NVS has decided to open an online portal to invite applications from interested and eligible candidates.
NVS Non-Teaching Post Recruitment and Syllabus 2024
The portal invites online applications from Indian citizens interested in and eligible for the various non-teaching positions at NVS. The application form is available on the official website: https://exams.nta.ac.in/nvs.
Online Applications are invited to fill out the form for the Post of Non-Teaching in Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Ministry of Education, Govt. of India.
- Candidates can apply for the above posts through “Online” mode only.
- The Application Form in any other mode shall not be accepted.
- ONLY ONE APPLICATION is to be submitted by a candidate for the post.
- If a single candidate applies for multiple posts then the last application is considered for submission

How to Apply for NVS non-teaching Post
Candidates have to apply “ONLINE” only for the Non-Teaching Posts by accessing the website:https://exams.nta.ac.in/NVS/and/or www.navodaya.gov.in. The Applications other than online mode will not be accepted in any case. Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate.
Step 1: Register for Online Registration using your Email ID and Mobile No. and note down system generated Registration Number.
Step 2: Complete the Online Application Form and note down the system-generated Registration Number.
Upload legible scanned images of:
- a recent photograph (in jpg/ jpeg file, size 10Kb–200Kb);
- candidate’s signature (file size: 4kb-30kb);
- candidate’s thumb (file size: 3kb to 30 kb);
- Category Certificate (file size: 50 kb to 300 kb);
Step-3: Pay the prescribed fee online through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card (There is no provision for payment through e-challan/cash.
All the 3 Steps can be done together or at separate times.
